do a search on google. I made a very small simple setup a few years back in an hour and a half. it was very simple and didnt make the best pulls, but it worked for me. You can literally make it was complicated or simple as you want.
The basic principal is you heat plastic until its "stretchy" and sags, but doesn't tear. Then you pull it tight over a part, and then vacume out the air bubles. Its that simple.
Mine was a box about the size of a shoebox with pegboard for the top of the box. An old vacume cleaner attached to the box. The plasic i melted was attached to a frame the size of the top of the box. I glued the part to the box on the pegboard, and pulled the frame over the part after the plastic was heated. then cut on the vacume until the plastic was cooled.
But thats a very simple setup. do a search on google. theres much better articles on how its done, and plans for how to make one.
