Fiberglass article in Street Rodder

I'm finally catching up on my back issues of Street Rodder, and I came across this article. A lot of differing styles of doing things, but it looks like the overall emphasis is on doing a good job. I didn't know if anyone wanted to check it out. It's mainly about repairing fiberglass bodies, but I'm assuming the basic techniques are the same. He does say to paint on the resin versus stabbing; maybe he's using the roller to push the air bubbles out. At least he consistently stays away from the parts store brand filler, lol.
