child bed truck bed?

Ok so I thought of the idea to make a kids bed from a truck bed. And paint the bac of the truck on the wall. I am thinkin more along the lines of laying it on the ground like a mini truck type of thing. I can't find any pics of what I am thinking of, but can't believe no-one has ever thought of it before.. Has anyone seen or heard of anything like this?

one step better. When you get the bed from the junk yard take a fiberglass mold of the back of the ca, (just a couple inches), then you'll have a 3D cab to paint

Yeah I was thinking about that, I could do like a book shelf in the back window area. I swear I have seen it before but I can't find any pics of it anywhere.
