Source for polished ss needed

Does anyone have a supplier for highly polished ss?

I want to fab or have fabbed a basic 3 sided basic flat radiator shroud.
Aprox size would be 4" wide x 26 1/4 across the top, one leg down (vert) 4 1/2" wide x 17" long, the other leg 3 1/2 wde x 17. long.

Basically out of 1 piece with bends on each side for the vert pieces.

I could provide an exact template for someone to fab... or I could buy the material and do it myself. Has to be mirror polished ss

use aluminum, and do it yourself. you do body work, so you must have the sandpaper and polish. sand it up to 2000 wet on a DA, and polish it out. no prob.

My usual source for bulk metals;

http://www.mcmaster.com/#stainless-steel/=9w6tzz

Just choose the type and size and order away. Since you wnat polished I would start with the finish choices first and then narrow it down from there.

hey nelson....I was going to use aluminum, I've polished out alot of parts on my scooter but the local guy I get aluminum from is a grade you can bend. I could tig the joints but thought it would look cleaner bent. Thanks pal.

On Monday I will make some calls... Did you see my engine bay covers finished?

Greg...thanks for the help... I will check them.

Shit sling....cool beans I've ordered lexan from her before. That's where I got the mirrored lexan that's under my hood. I sent patterns and they matched them with the lexan. I' didn't know they did stainless. Thanks much!

I was able to pickup mirror finished 20ga stainless right at my local metal supplier so it shouldn't be that hard to source I wouldn't think? (not cheap though)
